reinforced edge ( of Aluminum/Zinc film ) are : 1.5,2.0,2.5 MM
The standard thickness range including: 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,12 microns .
The standard tolerance thickness: +/-0.2 Um .
The standard width range including: 30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100,120,130 MM The standard tolerance width: +/-5 MM.
The inner core : 3" (76MM)
The outer core: 150-350 MM .
Features:1) single side corona treated for the Zn or Zn/Al metallized .

METALLIZED POLYPROPYLENE FILM BIAXIALLY ORIENTED
- Thickness – 7,5 and 10 μm,
- Width – 100 mm,
- Free margin – 2,5 mm,
- Heavy edge – yes,
- Metallization – Al + Zn with one lateral margin,
- Surface resistance - (5-10) ohms/sq in active area, (2-4) ohms/sq in heavy edge area:
- Inner diameter of core – 75 ÷ 76 mm,
- External diameter of a roll – 240 mm, approximately.
Technical requirements on biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film for impregnated
power capacitors
- Surface – smoothness or roughness,
- Thickness – 6 - 15,2 μm,
- Width – 65 - 325 mm,
- Inner diameter of core – 75 ÷ 76 mm,
- External diameter of a roll – 220 mm max,
- Spase factor – 8-10 % for roughness film,
metalized polypropylene film and biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film

2. Usage: It is widely used in capacitors lines

3. Packing : use cartons and kraft paper and bobble film to packing as inner package, and use pallets and wood board to packing as outer package

5. Packing: carton and pallets (use cartons and kraft paper and bobble film to packing as inner package, and use pallets and wood board to packing as outer package)
